Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars. An order request is an offer to buy; a contract is formed when you pay the payment link or invoice we send. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error. Prices marked “proposed” are introductory and may change.

Educational use

Intellectual property

All text, prompts, designs and artwork are owned by Therapy Methods. Buying a physical product lets you and your practice use it in sessions; it does not grant the right to copy, scan, reproduce or resell the content.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
