Every piece is made to order and typically ships in 3–7 business days, with tracking sent by email. Delivery time after shipping depends on the carrier and your location.

Because each piece is made for you, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns. If anything arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, email a photo within 30 days and we will replace or refund it. See Shipping & refunds.
