Shipping & refunds

Made to order

Every Therapy Methods product is printed when you order. Orders typically ship in 3–7 business days, and tracking is emailed when your order ships. Delivery time after shipping depends on the carrier and destination. We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping costs

Damaged, defective or misprinted items

If anything arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or not what you ordered, email a photo to info@therapymethods.com within 30 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or a full refund, at your choice, at no cost to you.

Change-of-mind returns

Because each piece is made for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size or colour chosen. Please check size guides and options before ordering.

Cancellations

You can cancel free of charge before you pay the payment link. After payment, we can cancel only if production has not started; email us as soon as possible.

Digital products

If we sell downloadable products (such as printable files), they are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once downloaded, except where a file is defective or not as described, in which case we will fix it or refund you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
